A mandatory infrastructure update will be carried out for our Turkcell Superonline based services within our ISP IPv4 Proxy products.

Due to our upstream provider being required to terminate the leasing of their IP blocks for unavoidable reasons,
services associated with the hostname isp2.livaproxy.com will be migrated from the Turkcell Superonline infrastructure to the Vodafone infrastructure. This change is not caused by our company and is entirely related to the upstream provider.

Planned migration date:
Start Date: January 30, 2026
End Date: February 1, 2026

During this process:

• No changes to your service or product details are expected,

• Proxy access credentials are planned to remain the same,

• The migration will be handled in the background with minimal impact

All necessary measures have been taken to ensure service continuity.
