Mobile Proxy Stability and Connection Drop Issues: Updates and Performance Improvements
Connection stability is one of the most critical aspects of user experience in Mobile Proxy services. Connection drops can cause serious operational problems, especially in applications such as automation projects that require continuous operation, data collection processes, and multi-account management. As LivaProxy, we have implemented comprehensive infrastructure updates to completely eliminate the connection stability issues that some of our customers experienced in the past.
Recent Updates and Infrastructure Improvements
The root causes of connection drop issues experienced in our Mobile Proxy services in the past have been analyzed, and the following critical updates have been implemented:
- Operator Connection Optimization: Direct integration improvements with Turkcell and Türk Telekom operator lines have been made, minimizing delay and disconnection risks at intermediate connection points.
- Hardware Upgrades: Devices used in our Mobile Proxy servers have been specially optimized and renewed to provide the highest stability performance.
- Software Layer Improvements: Our connection management software has been strengthened with automatic error detection and correction mechanisms.
- Network Monitoring Systems: Smart monitoring systems operating 24/7 detect potential connection issues and enable proactive intervention.
- Redundant Infrastructure: Redundancy has been implemented in critical components, eliminating single points of failure.
Current Stability Performance
Following the updates, the stability metrics of our Mobile Proxy services are as follows:
- Uptime Rate: 99.8% and above uninterrupted operation guarantee
- Connection Continuity: Disconnections in long-term active connections have been minimized
- IP Reset Stability: Seamless transition within 0-3 seconds during IP renewal processes
- Multi-Thread Support: Stable performance in simultaneous multiple connections
Normal Situations Where Connection Drops May Occur
Although system-related disconnection issues have been eliminated after the updates, temporary connection interruptions may occur in some situations:
Operator-Related Interruptions
Short-term interruptions may occur during scheduled maintenance work or network updates performed by operator companies such as Turkcell and Türk Telekom on their own infrastructure. Such interruptions are announced in advance on our system status page.
IP Renewal (Rotate) Moments
A transition time of 0-3 seconds during manual or automatic IP reset operations is normal. This time is technically necessary for assigning a new IP address and should not be considered as a disconnection.
Geographic Location Changes
In mobile operator networks, cell-based location changes can very rarely cause millisecond-level interruptions. This situation arises from the natural structure of 4.5G technology.
How to Perform a Stability Test?
If you want to test the connection stability before purchasing our Mobile Proxy service:
- Demo/Test Service: You can contact our pre-sales support team to request a short-term test opportunity (evaluated based on availability).
- First Day Test: You can experience the service for 24 hours at minimal cost with our daily package option.
- Refund Guarantee: Refund rights are available under our service usage agreement in case of system-related stability issues.
User-Side Recommendations to Increase Stability
Measures that can be taken on the user side for maximum stability:
- Stable Internet Connection: The stability of your own internet connection directly affects proxy performance.
- Appropriate Thread Count: Excessively high thread counts can increase the risk of connection drops; recommended limits should be followed.
- Software Timeout Settings: Keep the connection timeout values of the software you use sufficiently high (minimum 30 seconds recommended).
- Retry Mechanism: Add an automatic retry mechanism in your automations for temporary interruptions.
- Regular Monitoring: Regularly check connection logs and traffic statistics from your customer panel.
What Should You Do If You Experience Problems?
If you still experience connection drops after the updates:
- System Status Check: Check the system status notifications on the livaproxy.com homepage.
- Connection Test: Test from different devices and networks to determine the source of the problem.
- Support Request: Create a support request with a detailed description from your customer panel and attach logs.
- 24/7 Support: You can get immediate assistance from our WhatsApp support line (0850 309 48 10) in emergencies.
Scheduled Maintenance and Notifications
For rarely performed scheduled maintenance work:
- Notifications are sent via email and SMS at least 48 hours in advance
- Maintenance periods are generally scheduled for night hours (02:00-06:00)
- The downtime experienced after maintenance is added to your service duration
- Compensatory additional time packages may be offered for critical updates
Performance Guarantee
As LivaProxy, we guarantee the following for our Mobile Proxy services:
- We guarantee there are no system-related disconnections
- We provide 99.8% and above uptime performance
- We do not exceed a maximum of 48 hours (for monthly packages) of downtime except for operator-related interruptions
- When specified limits are exceeded, downtime periods are added to your service duration
Stability issues experienced in the past have been completely resolved, and uninterrupted and reliable Mobile Proxy service is being provided with our current infrastructure. You do not need to worry about connection stability in your new orders.
