Guide to Viewing Invoice Details and Service Purchase Dates
Invoices created in the LivaProxy customer panel contain detailed information about your purchased proxy services. You can use various sections in your customer panel to find out which service each invoice belongs to, the purchase date, and the related service number.
How to Access Invoice Details?
After logging into your customer panel, you can follow these steps to access your invoice information:
- Invoices Section: Go to the "Invoices" or "Invoice Transactions" section from the main menu of your customer panel. In this section, you can see all your generated invoices listed in chronological order.
- Invoice Number: Each invoice has a unique invoice number. This number is used to identify and query your invoice.
- Related Service: In the invoice details, there is "Related Service" or "Service Number" information showing which service the invoice was created for.
- Date Information: The invoice creation date and service purchase date are clearly indicated in the invoice details.
Detail Check from My Services Section
After finding out which service your invoice belongs to, you can use the "My Services" section to view the service details:
- Go to the "My Services" or "Active Services" section in the customer panel.
- Check the service number next to each service.
- Find the service matching the service number specified on your invoice.
- Click on the related service to access detailed information.
Information Available in Service Details
On a service detail page, you can view the following information:
- Service Number: Unique identifier number for your service
- Product Name: Type of proxy you purchased (Mobile Proxy, IPv4 Proxy, Rotating Proxy, etc.)
- Registration Date: Date when the service was first purchased
- Expiration Date: Date when the service will end
- Status: Whether the service is active, suspended, or cancelled
- Price Information: Service fee details
- Renewal Status: Information about whether automatic renewal is on or off
Invoice and Service Matching Example
For example, suppose you have an invoice numbered #17223. To find out which service this invoice belongs to:
- Enter the "Invoices" section from your customer panel.
- Find invoice #17223 and click on it.
- View the service number in the "Related Service" field in the invoice details (for example: 9058).
- Find service number 9058 from the "My Services" section.
- Check the purchase date and other information in the service details.
Finding the Purchase Date
There are several methods to find out the purchase date of a service:
- Service Details: You can see the initial purchase date by looking at the "Registration Date" or "Start Date" field on the service detail page.
- Invoice History: You can determine the purchase date from the date of the first invoice for the same service by viewing all invoices related to that service.
- Email Notifications: When you purchase a service, a confirmation email is automatically sent from the system. You can find the purchase date by searching for "LivaProxy" or "Order Confirmation" in your email inbox.
Automatic Renewal and New Invoices
For services with automatic renewal enabled, new invoices are created at specific intervals:
- New invoices are created monthly for monthly services and weekly for weekly services.
- Each new invoice is created linked to the same service number but has a different invoice number.
- Newly created invoices cover a new service period starting from the end date of the previous period.
- The "Payment Due Date" information in the invoice details shows the latest date by which payment must be made.
Managing Multiple Services and Invoices
If you have multiple proxy services, to match invoices and services:
- Always check the "Related Service" information for each invoice.
- You can make it easier to distinguish by giving your services descriptive names.
- You can quickly access a specific service or invoice by using filtering and search features in the customer panel.
- Regularly review the "My Services" and "Invoices" sections to track the status of all your services.
